Safety is part of professional hobbyhorsing. To keep training enjoyable for everyone, we follow a few key rules:
Riding Space Awareness
Always check your surroundings before jumping or turning
Keep a safe distance from other riders
Respect warm-up and landing zones
Jumping Safety
Never jump when someone is standing too close to the obstacle
Focus on controlled approach, not speed
Stop immediately if equipment feels loose or unsafe
Equipment Responsibility
Riders are responsible for checking their stick connection and bridle before training
If something breaks, inform an instructor right away
Community Respect
Encourage other riders
No teasing or negative comments
Hobbyhorsing is a sport built on support and confidence
