Safety is part of professional hobbyhorsing. To keep training enjoyable for everyone, we follow a few key rules:

Riding Space Awareness

  • Always check your surroundings before jumping or turning

  • Keep a safe distance from other riders

  • Respect warm-up and landing zones

Jumping Safety

  • Never jump when someone is standing too close to the obstacle

  • Focus on controlled approach, not speed

  • Stop immediately if equipment feels loose or unsafe

Equipment Responsibility

  • Riders are responsible for checking their stick connection and bridle before training

  • If something breaks, inform an instructor right away

Community Respect

  • Encourage other riders

  • No teasing or negative comments

  • Hobbyhorsing is a sport built on support and confidence
